中文摘要: 目的 探讨烧伤患者长途转运过程中前接式专科护理保障的救治效果。方法 回顾性分析2015年1月-2018年1月86例烧伤患者转运救治情况，长途转运过程中均采取前接式专科护理。结果 经积极抢救后，86例烧伤患者均成功完成长途转运，转运距离37~312 km，转运时间为60~245 min，平均为(126.8±15.6) min。本次长途转运过程中，道路为2~3 级公路。转运途中，2例患者高热、1例患者低热，但转运途中无创面加深和休克等情况发生。2例患者因晕车而出现呕吐和恶心症状，但经对症处理后缓解。结论 烧伤患者长途转运过程中实施前接式专科护理可保障转运工作的顺利完成，为临床抢救成功提供保障，避免各种并发症的发生，保障患者生命安全，具有较高应用价值。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the treatment effect of front-line specialist nursing care during long-distance transport of burn patients.METHODS Retrospective analysis of 86 patients with burns from January 2015 to January 2018, the use of front-line specialist care, such as monitoring vital signs and emergency treatment of wounds and timely opening of the venous access.RESULTS 86 patients with burns successfully completed long-distance transshipment, with a translocation distance of 37-312 km and a transit time of 60-245 min with an average of (126.8±15.6) min. During the long-distance transshipment, the roads are 2~3 highways. During the transfer, 2 patients had high fever and 1 patient had low fever, but no wounds were deepened and shocked during transit. Two patients developed vomiting and nausea due to motion sickness, but were relieved after symptomatic treatment.CONCLUSION The implementation of front-access specialist nursing during the long-distance transfusion process of burn patients can ensure the smooth completion of the transshipment work, provide guarantee for the success of clinical rescue, avoid the occurrence of various complications, and ensure the safety of patients. It has high application value.
