中文摘要: 目的 调查肺癌患者手术前后的营养状况及探讨手术预后与营养状况的关系。方法 对入院手术的412例肺癌患者,采用NRS2002进行术前和术后营养评价。随访所有病例至出院,记录术后并发症的发生例数。结果 肿瘤临床分期是影响患者术后营养状况的主要因素(P<0.01)而手术性质(P<0.01)和肿瘤临床分期(P<0.01)以及术前营养状况(P<0.01)也是影响术后并发症发生的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论 患者术前的营养状况、手术性质和肿瘤分期是影响肺癌患者术后营养状况的独立因素;也是影响术后并发症的独立因素。因此肺癌患者手术前良好的营养状况可以增强病人的免疫力, 提高病人的生活质量,延长生存期,改善预后。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the nutritional status of lung cancer patients before and after operation and to explore the relationship between prognosis and nutritional status. Methods To evaluate the nutritional status of 412 cases of patients with lung cancer after operation, using NRS2002 for preoperative and postoperative. Follow up all patients discharged from the hospital, the incidence of postoperative complications recorded. Results Tumor clinical staging is the main factor affecting postoperative nutritional status of the patients (P<0.01), and the surgical nature (P<0.01) and tumor clinical staging (P<0.01) and preoperative nutritional status (P< 0.01) are the main factors affecting the postoperative complications (P<0.01). Conclusion Preoperative nutritional status, surgical nature and tumor staging are independent factors affecting postoperative nutritional status of lung cancer patients, and an independent factor affecting postoperative complications. Preoperative nutritional status of lung cancer patients can enhance their immunity, improve their quality of life, prolong their survival and improve their prognosis.
