中文摘要: 目的 了解大学生对乙肝的歧视情况以及影响因素，为高校改善大学生乙肝歧视提供科学依据。方法 自制调查问卷，随机抽取延安大学221名在校大学生进行问卷调查，采用SPSS 19.0统计软件对数据进行录入与分析。结果 延安大学学生对乙肝的总体歧视率为8.64%，88.64%的大学生对乙肝呈恐惧心理，并且大学生的民族、父母文化水平与乙肝歧视态度呈正相关。结论 高校需要加强对乙肝知识的宣传教育，纠正大学生对乙肝的歧视心态。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE This study aims to investigate the discrimination attitude toward hepatitis B and its-related factors among college students and provide theoretical guideline to improve the attitude of college students on hepatitis B in universities.METHODS Questionnaires were performed among 221 students randomly selected in Yan'an University. The data were recorded and analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. RESULTS The overall discrimination rate was 8.64%. 88.64% students in Yan’an University had a fear of hepatitis B. Furthermore, the nationality of college students and their parents' cultural level were the main factors that affected college students' discrimination against hepatitis B. CONCLUSION The education of hepatitis B must be strengthen in the universities to correct students’ discrimination attitude.
