中文摘要: 目的 调查医学类新生口腔健康状况,通过3种口腔健康干预方法促进大学生口腔健康,比较不同干预方法的效果。方法 将医学类新生分为4组,在口腔健康干预前后进行口腔健康状况调查和问卷调查,并对调查结果进行分析比较。结果 医学类新生龋病和牙龈炎患病率、牙结石检出率较高。经过不同的口腔健康干预后,口腔患病、口腔健康知晓、定期口腔检查和口腔就诊情况均有所改善,特别是口腔健康知晓正确率由干预前的11.73%提升到干预后的62.51%。3种口腔健康干预方法的满意度均较高,其中口腔老师健康教育和口腔学生健康实践干预组满意度最高,达到90.27%。结论 医学类新生口腔健康情况较差。采取多种形式的口腔健康教育可以改善学生的口腔健康状况,促进口腔健康行为的建立。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigation the oral health status of medical new students, through three kinds of Oral Health intervention methods to promoting medical new students ' Oral Health,and to compare The effects of different intervention methods. METHODS Divide the medical new students into four groups, oral health status survey and questionnaire survey were conducted before and after oral health intervention, analysis and comparison of investigation results. RESULTS The rate of dental caries and gingivitis and dental stone detection in the medical new students are high, after different oral health interventions, oral diseases, oral health awareness, regular oral examination, oral treatment situation has improved, especially the correct rate of oral health awareness increased from 11.73% before intervention to 62.51% after intervention. The satisfaction degree of the three oral health intervention methods are high , the satisfaction degree of oral teacher health education and oral health practice intervention group was the highest (90.27%). CONCLUSION The oral health of medical new students is poor, take various forms of oral health education, can improve the oral health status of students and promote the establishment of oral health behavior.
