中文摘要: 目的 了解上海市杨浦区小学生视力状况，为小学生近视防治提供依据和对策。方法 以学校为单位，采取随机整群抽样的方法抽取2016年杨浦区9所小学一年级至五年级5 752名小学生进行裸眼视力检查，并对检查数据进行分析。 结果 一年级至五年级学生视力均数分别为(4.90±0.25)、(4.83±0.44)、(4.74±0.66)、(4.62±0.82)和(4.47±0.99)，不同年级组学生的裸眼视力差异有统计学意义(F=75.571，P＜0.05）。本次调查的小学生视力不良率为48.1%，其中五年级小学生最高(66.4%)，小学生视力不良率随着年级的升高而呈现增高趋势（x2=567.43，P＜0.05）；女生视力不良率大于男生，分别为50%和46.3%( x2=10.39，P＜0.05）。讨论 小学生视力不良率随着年级升高逐渐上升。对小学生进行定期检查，了解小学生视力情况并及时纠正，以期预防和控制视力低下和促进小学生视力康复。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the condition of eyesight dysfunction of primary school students in Yangpu district, Shanghai, and to provide bases and countermeasures for prophylaxis and treatment of primary school students. METHODS In 2016, random cluster sampling was conducted among 9 primary schools in Yangpu district. Totally 5752 students from grade 1 to grade 5 were chosen and conducted naked eyesight examination, the results of which were analyzed by comparison. RESULTS The mean eyesight of grade 1 to 5 students were(4.90±0.25), (4.83±0.44), (4.74±0.66), (4.62±0.82), and (4.47±0.99). The difference of naked eyesight among different grade students were statistically significant (F=75.571，P＜0.05). The unhealthy rate of eyesight among primary school students were 48.1%, with an increasing trend as the grade rose(x2=567.43，P＜0.05), which was the highest among grade 5 students (66.4%). The unhealthy rate of eyesight among females was significantly higher than males (50% vs. 46.3%, x2=10.39，P＜0.05). Discussion The unhealthy rate of primary school students increased with grade. Regular examination for students to get to know the eyesight condition and make corrections when appropriate can effectively prevent and control the current poor vision condition, and enhance the recovery of students’ eyesight .
