中文摘要: 目的 通过居民对签约服务需求与家庭医生服务供给的实证调查与分析，了解居民对家庭医生签约服务的需求偏好与家庭医生签约服务供给状况，以此为依据优化家庭医生签约服务的提供。方法 选取上海市虹口区欧阳街道辖区范围18周岁及以上的常住居民和该辖区范围内的家庭医生,对居民的服务需求和家庭医生的服务供给进行统计分析。结果 居民对配药服务的需求最为紧迫，而家庭医生更加重视对签约居民的健康管理、供需存在不匹配的状况。结论 居民的家庭医生需求仍然停留在配药服务上，而家庭医生已经将重心转移到健康管理服务中。应提升居民健康意识、改善健康行为和引导居民开展健康管理。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Through empirical investigation and analysis of residents’ service demand and family doctors’ service supply to investigate the demand and supply of family doctor contracted services, according to which to optimal the service. METHODS Residents over the age of 18 and family doctors in Ouyang Street of Hongkou District, Shanghai were chosen as objects, making statistical analysis on residents' service demand and family doctors’ service supply. RESULTS Residents’ demand for dispensation, prescription and physical examination was most urgent, family doctors paid more attention to the health management of contracted residents. The matching degree of supply and demand was not high. CONCLUSION Residents’ demand remained on dispensation, while family doctors have shifted their focus on health management services. We should enhance residents' health awareness, improve their health behaviors and guide them to carry out health management.
