Abstract:OBJECTIVE Through the analysis of the determinants of residents' contracted family doctors and medical institutions, it explores the role of price leverage in attracting residents to sign and conducting primary care. METHODS Relying on the questionnaire to conduct a cross-sectional survey, collect data on the needs and utilization of health services for residents in Hongkou District of Shanghai, and analyze the differences between contracting and medical treatment behaviors among different groups of people, and analyze the influencing factors and price factors affecting residents' contracting and visiting. degree. RESULTS 60% of residents said that convenience is the decisive factor affecting their contract with family doctors, and the price factor is less than 20% of the factors affecting their signing. The signing factors of different income groups are different, but the price factors are not the primary. factor. In terms of residents' treatment, the primary reason for choosing community and secondary hospitals is the distance factor, and the primary reason for choosing tertiary or other hospitals is the technical level factor; the price factor is very weak in people with different income levels. CONCLUSION The price factor has limited appeal to residents to sign and seeking for medical treatment from family doctors. Primary health service agencies should start from the perspective of improving the quality and efficiency of their health services, attracting residents to sign contracts and seeking for a primary health service.
