中文摘要: 目的 从供方与需方视角出发,在同一个区域内进行居民与家庭医生的满意度描述与比较,把握两类人群满意度现状并尝试建立两者背后的联系。方法 在上海市某区同时进行居民与家庭医生满意度跟踪调查,获得居民有效样本4748份,家庭医生有效样本297份。结果 居民各项满意度指标普遍比较高,但是两期调查结果显示满意度没有显著提升反而出现下滑;家庭医生对工作环境、医疗协同和收入水平的满意度一般,并且在两期调查期间并未得到显著改善。结论 家庭医生激励与协同满意度较低可能是影响居民满意度停滞的重要因素。建议从两者入手提升家庭医生工作能力与动力,从而提升居民服务满意度与获得感。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE From the perspective of supplier and demander, describe and compare the satisfaction of residents and family doctors in the same district, investigate the satisfaction of the two groups as well as the relationship between them. METHODS A satisfaction tracking survey was conducted at the same time on residents and family doctors. 4748 valid samples were obtained from residents and 297 valid samples from family doctors. RESULTS Residents' satisfaction was generally high while the results of the two surveys showed that there was no significant improvement in satisfaction but decline. Family doctors were generally satisfied with working environment, medical collaboration and income level, the satisfaction was no improved during the two surveys. CONCLUSION The low degree of family doctors’ motivation and collaboration may be an important factor leading to the stagnation of residents' satisfaction. We should enhance family doctors’ working ability and motivation in order to improve the satisfaction and sense of achievement of residents.
