中文摘要: 目的 综合评价甘肃省2017年流动人口常规免疫接种情况，为加强流动人口免疫接种管理，提高全省免疫接种质量提供参考依据。 方法 采用加权TOPSIS法结合RSR法综合评价甘肃省2017年流动人口常规免疫接种率。 结果 甘南州、平凉市、定西市常规免疫接种工作开展情况较好；张掖市、庆阳市较差；其余为中等。加权TOPSIS法与RSR法分析结果基本一致。 结论 甘肃省2017年流动人口常规免疫接种工作总体维持在较高水平，但仍需采取相关措施进一步加强个别疫苗接种率。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Comprehensive evaluation on routine immunization status of the floating population in Gansu Province in 2017.Providing a reference basis for immunization management of strong mobile populations and improving the quality of immunization in the province. METHODS The weighted TOPSIS method combined with the RSR method was used to comprehensively assess the routine immunization coverage rate of the floating population in 2017.RESULTS The routine immunization work in Gannan , Pingliang and Dingxi were good, Zhangye and Qingyang were poor . The rest were moderate. The results of the weighted TOPSIS and RSR are basically the same. CONCLUSION The routine immunization of migrants in Gansu Province in 2017 has generally maintained a relatively high level , but relevant measures are still needed to further strengthen the individual vaccination rates.
