中文摘要: 目的 通过调查方式来了解社区高血压病人当前健康状态，并掌握其对中医健康管理的利用和需求情况，从而为社区高血压提供针对性中医健康管理服务。方法 本次调查采用随机抽样方式对我社区400例高血压患者进行研究，通过设计问卷形式开展调查。结果 本次共发放问卷400份，均全部回收，有效率为100.0%。400例患者中自觉健康状况良好者为15例(3.75%)、较好者124例(31.00%)、一般者194例(48.5%)、较差者56例(14.0%)、很差者11例(2.75%)。主动选择中医门诊者182例(45.5%)，愿意接受高血压中医健康管理服务者173例(43.25%)、愿意接受部分中医健康管理服务者96例(24.0%)、不愿意接受者131例(32.75%)。知晓高血压临界值者216例(54.0%)，其余为不清楚或不完全清楚。知晓高血压属中医眩晕范畴者72例(18.0%)，其余部分知晓或不知晓。正确说出中医辨证分型者36例(9.0%)，其余不知晓或部分知晓。社区高血压对中医健康管理需求项目分别为饮食调养、生活起居、养生锻炼、适宜技术服务、中医指导等。结论 社区高血压病人健康状态不理想，且对中医健康管理的接受度较低，因此需加大宣传，让人们更多的认识和了解。社区高血压病人对中医健康服务的需求呈现多样化，可对中医健康管理服务进一步完善和优化，以满足人们需求。
Abstract:objective Through surveys to understand the current state of health of patients with hypertension in the community, and to grasp the use and demand for health management of Chinese medicine, it can provide targeted Chinese medicine health management services for community hypertension.Methods This study used random sampling to study 400 hypertensive patients in our community and conducted a survey by designing a questionnaire.Results 400 questionnaires were distributed and all were collected, with an effective rate of 100.0%. Among the 400 patients, 15 patients (3.75%) were better, 124 (31.00%) were better, 194 (48.5%) were general, 56 (14.0%) were poor, and 11 were poor. Example (2.75%). 182 cases (45.5%) were actively selected for TCM clinics, 173 (43.25%) were willing to receive TCM health management services, 96 (24.0%) were willing to accept TCM health management services, and 131 were unwilling to accept ( 32.75%). 216 cases (54.0%) were diagnosed with the critical value of hypertension, and the rest were unclear or not completely clear. 72 cases (18.0%) were diagnosed as having high blood pressure in Chinese vertigo, and the rest were known or not. 36 cases (9.0%) of TCM syndrome differentiation were correctly stated, and the rest were unknown or partially known. The needs of community hypertension for TCM health management are diet, daily life, health training, appropriate technical services, and Chinese medicine guidance.Conclusion The health status of hypertensive patients in the community is not ideal, and the acceptance of TCM health management is low. Therefore, it is necessary to increase publicity so that people can know more and understand more. The demand for TCM health services in the community of hypertensive patients is diversified, and the TCM health management services can be further improved and optimized to meet people's needs.
