中文摘要: 目的 分析社区呼吸康复综合干预管理结合中医冬病夏治对治疗呼吸系统疾病的疗效。方法 将我中心2018年1月—2018年5月收治的100例呼吸系统疾病患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法，分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例）。对照组给予常规治疗及中医冬病夏治法，观察组给予联合措施。治疗3个月后，观察患者治疗效果、1s用力呼吸量（PEV1）、呼吸峰值流速（PEF）及PEV1与用力肺活量（FCV）指标、生活质量及并发症情况。结果 观察组总有效率（94.0%）明显高于对照组（80.0），两组比较具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组PEV1、PEF及PEV1/PCV值显著高于对照组，两组比较具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的生活质量评分无显著差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组的躯体、心理、社会及物质功能评分明显高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组并发症发生率（2.0%）明显低于对照组（12.0%），两组差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 社区呼吸康复综合干预管理结合中医冬病夏治对治疗呼吸系统疾病效果显著，在临床中值得推广应用。
Abstract:Objective To study efficacy in patients with chronic respiratory diseases by comprehensive intervention combined with treating winter diseases in summer. Methods 100 cases of patients were divided into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases) from January 2018 to May 2018. The control group was given treating winter diseases in summer while the observation group was received comprehensive intervention combined with treating winter diseases in summer. Treatment effect, PEV1, PEF, PEV1/FCV, quality of life and Complication rates were compared after 3 month. Results The total efficiency (94.0%) of the observation group was significantly rather than the control group (80.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). PEV1, PEF and PEV1/FCV of the observation group were significantly rather than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Qualities of life of two groups were not statistically significant (P＞0.05). Physical, psychological, social and physical functions of the observation group were statistically rather than the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Complication rates of the observation group (2.0%) were statistically lower than the control group (12.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Patients with chronic respiratory diseases were significant by comprehensive intervention combined with treating winter diseases in summer and it was worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
