中文摘要: 目的 探究赵氏雷火灸联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗的疗效，观察分析赵氏雷火灸联合西药对患者生存质量的影响。方法 选取沈阳安联妇婴医院妇科及内分泌科的多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗患者140例，将其分为西医治疗对照组70例（A组），联合治疗组70例（B组）； 比较2组治疗前后体征、临床生化血清学指标、糖脂代谢指标、排卵率及临床妊娠率。并对两组患者进行生存质量评价，探讨其临床意义。结果 （1）两组患者治疗后血清生化学指标明显改善(P <0.05)，组间比较差异明显(P <0.05)；两组患者治疗后糖脂代谢以及胰岛素抵抗情况明显改善(P <0.05)，组间比较差异明显(P <0.05)；两组患者经治疗后妊娠及排卵率明显提高(P <0.05)，组间比较差异明显(P <0.05)。（2）两组患者治疗前后相比，生存质量评分均明显升高(P <0.05)；B组生存质量评分明显高于A组，且差异明显(P <0.05)。结论 赵氏雷火灸联合西药方法治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗患者的疗效高于单纯西医治疗，安全性高，疗效明显，提高了临床疗效；临床诊疗过程中，及时对患者进行生存质量等方面评价将更好的指导临床治疗，对患者的病程及预后有更清晰的评价与认识。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Zhao's mine fire moxibustion combined with western medicine on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance, and to observe the effect of Zhao Lei's fire moxibustion combined with western medicine on the quality of life of patients. METHODS 140 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance were divided into 70 cases (group A) and 70 cases (group B) in the treatment group.
