中文摘要: 目的 观察传统耳穴疗法配合现代手指操对MCI认知功能的干预效果。方法 将160例MCI患者随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组给予现代手指操配合耳穴疗法，对照组应用现代手指操。干预观察时间均为12个月。对两组患者进行中医辨证分型、MMSE、MoCA、HAMD和HIS量表评分。结果 干预后，两组患者的脾肾亏虚证型、气血不足证型和淤阻脑洛证型得分较干预前降低(P<0.01)。干预组中医辨证分型得分较干预前显著降低(P<0.01)，且脾肾亏虚证型与气血不足证型得分低于对照组(P<0.01)；干预组MMSE、MoCA量表得分较干预前显著提高(P<0.01)；HAMD、HIS量表得分低于对照组(P<0.01)；干预组总有效率显著高于对照组(95.00%VS78.75%)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 传统耳穴疗法配合现代手指操对MCI的干预方法具有操作简单、副作用小和易教学等优点，不仅能有效、安全地干预防治该病，而且对于进一步挖掘中医经络和穴位的临床应用价值以及社区推广“治未病”具有重要意义。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Observe the clinical efficiency of Traditional Auricular Points and modern finger exercises on in MCI cognitive function. METHODS 160 MCI patients was assigned into experiment group (n=80) and control group (n=80). Traditional Auricular Points and modern finger exercises were implemented as intervention to the experiment group, finger exercises was implemented as intervention to the control group. The observation time for the intervention was 12 months. Assessed the Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome and the score of MMSE, MoCA, HAMD，HIS. RESULTS After the intervention, the scores of the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney, the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood and the syndrome of blood stasis and collateralsof the two groups were decreased (P<0.01).The scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome of experiment group were decreased than the control group (P<0.01). The score of the syndrome of deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney and the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood of the experiment group were decreased than the control group (P<0.01). The score of MMSE and MoCA of the experiment group was significantly increased than control group (P<0.01). The score of HAMD and HIS were lower than the control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION The advantageof Traditional Auricular Points and modern finger exercises is that there are easy implements, less side-effect and they can be taught easily. Traditional Auricular Points and modern finger exercises can treat and prevent MCI efficiency and safety, and they are of great importance to excavate value of the clinical application and the implement of preventive treatment of disease in community.
