中文摘要: 目的 观察应用生脉散联合血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病气阴两虚血瘀证的效果。方法 选取2016年1月—2017年12月我院心内科收治的冠心病患者100例，根据入院顺序平均分为常规组和研究组，常规组患者实施常规西医治疗，研究组患者加用生脉散联合血府逐瘀汤治疗，观察两组的治疗效果及相关指标。结果 研究组患者的治疗有效率为90%，明显高于常规组的74%(P＜0.05)；两组患者治疗后的中医症状积分、心绞痛发作次数和6 min步行试验均明显优于治疗前(P＜0.05)，且研究组患者治疗后3个指标更优(P＜0.05)。结论 生脉散联合血府逐瘀汤可以提高临床冠心病气阴两虚血瘀证的治疗效果，缓解患者症状和心绞痛发作，有助于6 min步行试验改善。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Shengmai Powder Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating coronary heart disease with Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. METHODS 100 cases of coronary heart disease in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital in January 2016 -2017 December were divided into routine group and study group according to the order of admission, the routine group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the study group was treated with Shengmai San and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction. The effect of treatment and related indexes were observed. RESULTS The effective rate of the patients in the study group was 90%, which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). The scores of TCM symptoms, the frequency of angina pectoris and the 6min walking test in the two groups were significantly better than those before the treatment (P< 0.05), and the three indexes of the patients in the study group were better(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Shengmai Powder Combined Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of the syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis, alleviate the symptoms and angina pectoris of the patients, and help to improve the 6min walking test.
