Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of alendronate sodium combined with Jianbuhuqian pill in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency osteoporosis. METHODS Eighty-four patients with liver and kidney deficiency osteoporosis who were admitted to our department of orthopedics were selected as subjects. According to the order of the initial visit, the patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with alendronate sodium tablets (alendronate) alone. The observation group was treated with Jianbuhu diving pills on the basis of the control group. One month was a course of treatment for a total of 6 courses. The pain visual analogue scale (VAS), TCM syndrome scores, bone mineral density (BMD) of the lumbar spine and proximal femur, and the efficacy of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups. RESULTS After the end of the treatment, the VAS, TCM syndrome scores, lumbar spine and proximal femur bone mineral density (BMD) were improved compared with those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05); After treatment, the percentage of medical efficacy in the control group and the observation group were 73.81% and 95.24%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). CONCLUSION The clinical efficacy of alendronate sodium combined with Jianbuhuqin pill in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency osteoporosis is definite and worthy of clinical promotion.
