Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical observation of transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery in treatment of benign ovarian tumors. METHODS 62 cases of benign ovarian tumors from September 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into traditional laparoscopic surgery (MPLS) group and transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery (TU-LESS) group, 31 cases in each group. The results of operation(operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hemoglobin reduction, length of hospital stay), ovarian function(E2,LH,FSH), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), body image ques-tionnaire (BIS) ,cosmetic score (CS)and complications were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The operation process of the two groups was smooth without complications.The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hemoglobin decrease were compared respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).The length of hospital stay in the tu-less group was shorter than that in the MPLS group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).After operation, E2 level was significantly decreased and LH and FSH levels were significantly increased (P < 0.01) in the tu-less group compared with that in the MPLS group (P > 0.05).Compared with the MPLS group, the 12h, 24hVAS and BIS scores of the tu-less group were significantly lower and CS scores were significantly higher, with statistically significant differences (P ①甘肃省妇幼保健院 兰州 730050 ﹤0.01). CONCLUSION Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery for ovarian benign tumors has a good effect, which can shorten the hospital stays , relieve postoperative pain, improve patients' aesthetic satisfaction,safety and feasibility.Therefore,it is worthy of popularization in clini.
