中文摘要: 目的 分析天水市运行结核病防治服务体系转型前后结核病防治工作指标的变化。方法 利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统结核病信息管理系统和各类报表数据，分析天水市结核病防治服务体系转型前后各项指标的变化。结果 转型前, 全市各县、区结防服务体系配置专业技术人员和管理人员为55名， 转型后增加至63名； 转型前转诊率为65.91%，转诊到位率为80.80%； 转型后转诊率为69.15%，转诊到位率为86.27%，转型前后转诊率和转诊到位率的差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 天水市结核病防治服务体系转型后防治人员增加、转诊率和转诊到位率上升。
Abstract:Objective Analysis on the changes of TB control index before and after the transformation of TB control service system in Tianshui City.. Methods The data of tuberculosis information management system and analyzes the changes of the indicators before and after the transformation of TB control service system in Tianshui City. Results Before the transition, the number of specialized technical personnel and management personnel in the county's was 55, which increased to 63 after transformation. The conversion rate was 65.91% , and the induction rate was 80.80% . The rate of referral was 69.15% after transformation, and the rate of referral was 86.27% . There was significant difference between referral rate and referral rate (P ＜0.05). Conclusion After the transformation of the TB prevention and control service system in Tianshui City, the increase in prevention and treatment personnel, referral rate and referral rate increased.
