中文摘要: 目的 了解郑州市某三甲医院儿童五苗接种及时率现状并分析其影响因素，为制定具有区域特色的预防接种管理对策提供理论依据。方法 采用儿童一般情况调查表、儿童五苗接种情况调查表，儿童监护人疫苗接种知识调查问卷对郑州市某儿童医院出生的628名儿童及其监护人进行追踪调查。结果：628名儿童的卡介苗、乙肝疫苗、脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破疫苗、麻疹疫苗（初种）的及时接种率分别为：96.34%、85.19%、91.72%、86.46%、88.54%，五苗全程接种及时率为61.15%；多元线性回归分析结果显示，监护人职业、监护人疫苗接种相关知识得分、监护人文化程度、居住地与接种点距离、家庭收入及户口类型是影响儿童五苗接种及时率的因素。结论 郑州市儿童五苗接种及时率仍有待进一步提高，各医院及疫苗接种单位应加大疫苗接种相关知识的普及力度，改进疫苗接种的管理策略，以提高儿童基础免疫接种及时率，确保疫苗的预防效果。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Explore the current situation of timely inoculation rate of five vaccines and analyse its influence factors , in order to provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of preventive vaccination management countermeasures with regional characteristics.METHODS Adopted children general situation questionnaire , children five vaccines inoculation information form , vaccination knowledge questionnaire of children's guardians to tracking survey 628 children , who born in a certain children's hospital in zhengzhou city , as well as their guardians . RESULTS Timely inoculation rate of BCG , HepB , OPV, DPT and MV among 628 children were 96.34%, 85.19%, 91.72%, 86.46% and 88.54% . The full timely inoculation rate of five vaccines was 61.15% . Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that the guardians’ profession , the score of guardians’ vaccination knowledge , cultural degree of guardians , the distance of place of residence and vaccination point , family income and the registered permanent residence were the influencing factors of children's timely inoculation rate of five vaccines.CONCLUSION Timely inoculation rate of five vaccines remains to be further improve , hospitals and vaccination units should intensify vaccination knowledge popularization , improve vaccination management strategy , in order to improve the children's timely rate of general immunization , so as to ensure the immune prevention effect of vaccines .
