Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with low back pain with qi stagnation and blood stasis.METHODS 100 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type low back pain treated in our department from April 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. 14 days was a course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect was evaluated. The curative effect, TCM symptom score and quality of life improvement of the two groups were observed. The interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor in peripheral blood were detected. The level of α(TNF-α) was compared between the two groups and the relationship between the disease and the effect.RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.0%)(P﹤0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower(P﹤0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P﹤0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was significant(P﹤0.05). The serum IL-1β and TNF were treated after treatment. -α was significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was more obvious than the control group(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION Acupuncture combined with body pain and phlegm decoction in the treatment of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of low back pain has a significant effect, compared with the traditional Chinese medicine prescription treatment. Abnormal changes in the combined detection of IL-1β and TNF-α can predict the severity and treatment of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of low back pain.
