Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy and quality of life of Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of cirrhosis with hypertension.METHODS A total of 160 patients with liver cirrhosis and hypertension were enrolled in the Department of Hepatology, Fuxin Infectious Disease Hospital. They were divided into 80 cases in the control group and 80 cases in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group. Both groups were treated with antiviral and antifibrosis. Western medicine treatment, combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, observe the changes of leucine aminopeptidase(LAP), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels in patients with venous blood before and after treatment and compare the test results Differences were made and the quality of life of both groups was assessed.RESULTS The leucine aminopeptidase(LAP) was significantly lower in the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) before and after treatment in the two groups. Significantly decreased(P <0.05), the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with Western medicine is effective in treating liver cirrhosis with hypertension. It can improve the quality of life of patients and adjust the psychological state of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
