中文摘要: 目的 评价穴位按摩对2型糖尿病血糖的疗效。方法 计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、JBI图书馆、Pubmed、Medline、EMbase、OVID、CNKI、CBM、维普和万方数据库中关于穴位按摩用于2型糖尿病患者的随机对照试验（RCTs），检索时限设定为建库至2017年10月30日，同时筛选纳入文献，进行严格的评价和资料提取，采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析，结局指标包括血糖指标、有效人数以及中医证候积分。结果 共纳入9篇RCT研究，共965例患者。Meta分析结果显示穴位按摩组与对照组的空腹血糖差异无统计学意义。两组在餐后2小时血糖、有效率、中医证候积分的差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 穴位按摩用于2型糖尿病患者，在降低2hPG、中医证候积分、提高有效率方面存在优势，在降低FBG方面未有充足的证据，有待进一步验证。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of massage on type 2 diabetic patients. METHODS Papers involving of massage on type 2 diabetes were searched in the Cochrane Library, JBI Library, Pubmed、Medline、EMbase、OVID、CNKI、CBM, VIP and WanFang Data to collect the randomized controlled trials (RCTs).Searched until October 30,2017.And two researchers screened these papers, extracted data and assessed the methodological quality of the included studies. Then RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results indexes included blood glucose indexes(FBG，2hPG，HbA1c，Random blood glucose)，effective quantity，TCM syndrome integral. RESULTS A total of 9 RCTs and 965 patients were included. The results of meta-analyses showed that there is no significance difference between the massage group and control group in the FBG.Two groups patients compared statistically significant difference in 2hPG，effective quantity，TCM syndrome integral.CONCLUSION Massage has advantages on 2hPG、TCM syndrome integral、total effective rate with type2 diabetic patients. There is not enough evidence in lower FBG now which needs further validation.
