Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the application of comprehensive nursing in emergency acute abdomen and its effects on pain and negative emotions. METHODS A total of 80 patients with acute abdomen in our hospital from July 2015 to March 2017 were enrolled. All patients were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were given routine care, and the observation group underwent comprehensive care on the basis of the control group. The pain, negative mood, nursing satisfaction and quality of care were compared between the two groups. RESULTS After intervention with different nursing modes, the SAS, SDS, and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower (P﹤0.01), and the scores of the scales were more significant in the observation group than in the control group. Significantly reduced state (P﹤0.01). After the comprehensive nursing model, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group showed a more significant increase compared with the nursing satisfaction of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P﹤0.05).After the comprehensive nursing model, the health guidance education, professional skills, language communication, nursing methods and service attitude scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Comprehensive nursing can significantly alleviate the pain caused by the condition of patients with acute abdomen in emergency, thereby alleviating their anxiety and depression, and the satisfaction of nursing is high. It is worthy of application in the emergency department.
