Abstract:Based on statistical yearbook data and sample survey data, linear forecasting, time series index analysis and comparative analysis were used to analyze the status of health demand and allocation and distribution of health resources in Hainan Province, and to explore the problems in supply and demand analysis to optimize health. The results showed that, in 2017, the old age coefficient of Hainan Province reached to 8.14%, the incidence of infectious diseases increased by 60.8% compared with last year, and health demand increased rapidly. At the same time, the total amount of health resources increased rapidly, but there was a big gap compared with Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Xiamen, which were also special economic zones. The distribution of health resources in Haikou was much better than other cities and counties. The above showed that the population aging process in Hainan Province was accelerating, the disease spectrum was changed, and the demand for health services for residents was increasing. However, there were problems such as insufficient supply on the supply side and imbalance of resource allocation structure. It was necessary to optimize health services.
