Abstract:Community health service center (community health center for short) is an important part of the national public health. The main problems exposed in the management and operation of Shenzhen social health center were sorted out and analyzed, including the insufficient financial investment of social health center, the urgent need for reform of management mode, the shortage of human resources, the serious phenomenon of “less medicine”, the poor functional performance, and the poor implementation effect of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, etc. Meanwhile, it gave some suggestions on the related problems from the aspects of optimizing the allocation of health resources in Shenzhen, improving the service capacity of the social health center and guiding the “primary diagnosis and two-way referral at the grassroots level”.
