中文摘要: 目的 从有形性、可靠性、反应性、保证性和关怀性五个维度了解自贡市社区居民对社区卫生服务质量的感知情况,提出提高社区卫生服务质量的措施建议。方法 参考服务质量评价量表构建社区卫生服务感知质量调查问卷,选取自贡市4所社区卫生服务中心服务的226名社区居民进行问卷调查。结果 对社区卫生服务质量的感知得分排序分别是可靠性、保证性、有形性、反应性和关怀性维度。结论 社区卫生服务机构应重视社区卫生服务感知质量,在感知得分低的维度和条目要提出有效可行的服务措施进行重点整改,不断提高居民对社区卫生服务的满意度。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the community residents’ perception of community health service quality in Zigong from the dimensions of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and care, and put forward measures and suggestions to improve the quality of community health service. METHODS A questionnaire on perceived quality of community health services was constructed by referring to SERVQUAL scale, and 226 community residents served by 4 community health service centers in Zigong were selected for questionnaire survey. RESULTS The perceived score of community health service quality ranked as reliability, assurance, tangibility, responsiveness and caring. CONCLUSION Community health service agencies should attach importance to the perceived quality of community health services, and put forward effective and feasible service measures for key rectification in the dimensions and items with low perceived scores, so as to continuously improve residents’ satisfaction with community health services.
