中文摘要: 目的 通过调查了解甘肃省居民五维度中医药健康文化素养状况，为开展相应的传播活动提供科学依据。方法 采用多阶段抽样方法，对2 160名15~69岁常住人口进行面对面问卷调查。结果 甘肃省居民五维度中医药健康文化素养答对率从高到低依次为：中医药健康生活方式素养52.6%(城市59.4%、农村46.2%)，中医药基本理念素养51.3%(城市60.9%、农村42.2%)，中医药文化常识素养49.7%(城市57.9%、农村37.1%)，中医药信息理解能力素养44.7%(城市54.3%、农村35.6%)，中医药公众适宜方法素养30.9%(城市36.5%、农村25.6%)，城市居民五维度中医药健康文化素养答对率均高于农村居民。结论 甘肃省居民五维度中医药健康文化素养答对率总体不高，应进一步加强中医药文化的宣传普及力度，落实好农村地区中医药健康教育工作，重点加强中医药公众适宜方法的普及工作。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To know the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health culture literacy by surveillance, provide scientific suggestions for developing health communication activities. METHODS Multistage sampling method was adopted in the surveillance, 2 160 residents aged 15-69 years were investigated. RESULTS The correct ratio of the five-dimensional TCM health culture literacy of Gansu residents ranged as healthy lifestyle(52.6%), basic concept(51.3%), cultural common sense(49.7%), information understanding ability(44.7%) and public appropriate method(30.9%). CONCLUSION The correct ratio of the five-dimensional TCM health culture literacy among Gansu residents was low. It was necessary to further strengthen the health education of the traditional Chinese medicine in rural areas, especially strengthening the popularization of public appropriate method of the TCM.
