中文摘要: 目的 观察金匮肾气丸配合左旋甲状腺激素片对老年亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(SCH)合并冠心病患者的影响。方法 选取我院收治的老年亚临床甲减合并冠心病患者92例为研究对象，按照随机、均等原则分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予左旋甲状腺激素片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予金匮肾气丸治疗。观察两组的临床疗效、甲状腺功能、血脂水平、NO、CRP和MPO水平。结果 观察组总有效率位91.30%，显著高于对照组的76.09%(P＜0.05)。治疗后，两组TSH水平显著低于治疗前，且观察组显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)，两组FT4、FT3水平比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗后两组TG、TC、LDL-C水平显著低于治疗前，且观察组显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组HDL-C水平显著高于治疗前，且观察组显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组NO水平显著高于治疗前，且观察组显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)，两组CRP、MPO水平显著低于治疗前，且观察组显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 金匮肾气丸联合左旋甲状腺激素片能够有效改善老年亚临床甲减合并冠心病患者甲状腺功能和血脂水平，提高治疗效果。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of Jinguishenqi pill combined with levothyroxine tablets on elderly patients with subclinical hypothyroidism complicated with coronary heart disease. METHODS 92 cases of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism complicated with coronary heart disease treated in target hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random and equal principle. The control group was treated with levothyroxine tablets, and the observation group was combined with Jinguishenqi pill on the basis of the control group. Clinical effect, thyroid function, serum lipid levels, NO, CRP and MPO levels were observed in these two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.30%, which was significantly higher than that of 76.09% of the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of TSH were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05), which of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). There were no significant differences in FT4 and FT3 levels between these two groups(P>0.05). TG, TC and LDL-C levels after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05), which in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). HDL-C level was significantly higher than that before treatment(P＜0.05), which of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, NO level was significantly higher than that before treatment (P＜0.05), which of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The levels of CRP and MPO in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05), which of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION Jinguishenqi pill combined with levothyroxine tablets could effectively improve hyroid function and lipid levels of elderly patients with subclinical hypothyroidism complicated with coronary heart disease, and it could improve the treatment effect.
