中文摘要: 近年来我国乳腺癌发病率不断上升，严重威胁妇女的生命健康。生活方式与生育因素是乳腺癌发病风险增加的主要原因。本研究对生活方式和生育两方面的因素与乳腺癌的关系，以及这些因素近年来在我国妇女人群中的流行变化趋势和现开展的预防措施或策略进行梳理，为评估人群归因风险、推进乳腺癌一级预防进程提供参考依据。
Abstract:In recent years, the incidence of breast cancer in China is increasing, which seriously threatens the life and health of women. Lifestyle and reproductive factors are the main reasons for the increased risk of breast cancer. It reviews the relationship between lifestyle and reproductive factors and breast cancer, as well as the epidemic trend of these factors among Chinese women in recent years and the relevant countermeasures or strategies, in order to provide the references for assessing the population attributable risk and to promote the primary prevention process of breast cancer.
