中文摘要: 目的 探讨康复新液治疗老年脑卒中失禁性皮炎并发感染患者中的临床应用意义。方法 选择天水市第二人民医院收治的90例老年脑卒中失禁性皮炎并发感染患者作为临床研究对象，随机分为观察组(n=46)和对照组(n=44)。对照组患者给予氧化锌软膏的药物治疗，观察组患者给予康复新液的药物治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗情况，症状改善情况，生活质量情况进行比较和分析。结果 与对照组相比，观察组患者治疗后失禁性皮炎并发感染严重程度Ⅰ度的比率明显提高，Ⅲ度的比率明显降低，SCORAD评分值均显著改善，生活质量评分值均明显提高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 康复新液对于老年脑卒中失禁性皮炎并发感染患者临床症状的改善及生活质量的提升均呈现出十分重要的临床价值。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To probe into clinical application value of Kangfuxin Liquid on treatment of incontinence dermatitis complicated with infection for elderly stroke patients. METHODS 90 elderly stroke patients with incontinence dermatitis complicated with infection were selected in the second people hospital of Tianshui city as clinical study. The patients were divided into observation group (n=46) and control group (n=44) randomly. The patients in control group were treated with zinc oxide ointment drug treatment. The patients in observation group were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid drug treatment. The clinical treatment effect, symptom improvement and quality of life of the patients in these two groups were compared and analyzed. RESULTS Compared with control group, the patients in observation group after treatment, the ratio of Ⅰdegree of incontinence dermatitis complicated with infection was increased significantly, and the ratio of Ⅲ degree was decreased significantly, the SCORAD scores were increased significantly, the quality of life scores were increased significantly, the differences were significant statistically (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION Kangfuxin liquid showed an important clinical value in the improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life for elderly stroke patients with incontinence dermatitis complicated with infection.
