Abstract:Objective To analyze drug zero price difference before and after the medical income structure change trend and the characteristics of a tertiary hospital in Yinchuan, to find the influence the costs of medical income structure rationalization and provides some references for the effective control. Methods It adopted the changes of the structure of the value and contribution degree of structural changes and structure index analysis of the hospital medical income structure changes before and after drug zero price difference. Results After the implement of drug zero price difference policy, the degree of hospital outpatient and inpatient income structure changes increased; the proportion of drug income showed negative change after drug zero price difference, its contribution rate of the income structural change was higher; part of technical value income project still showed a trend of negative changes. Conclusion The hospital income structure change was bigger, drug cost control was improved, and the medical staff services technology was still not get effective value. It suggested to further perfect the hospital compensation mechanism and price mechanism reform of medical treatment service, attach great importance to the medical staff of technical value. In order to reduce the medical expenses, it needed to strength hospital cost management and further decrease medical expensese.
