中文摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化的不断加剧，医养结合应运而生，成为我国应对人口老龄化的重要举措，但目前我国医养结合的发展仍然存在许多问题。通过文献综述美国全方位养老服务计划的产生与发展、服务对象、服务提供主体和服务内容，分析其对发展我国医养结合事业的经验启示，以提升我国养老服务的能力和水平，为我国积极应对老龄化助力。
Abstract:With the aging of Chinese population, the medical-nursing combination had emerged as an important measure for China to cope with the aging of the population. However, there were still many problems in the development of Chinese medical-nursing combination. It introduced the generation and developments, the service objects, the service providers and the service content of “the program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE)” through the method of literature review; and then it analyzed the experience and enlightenment of PACE on the development of Chinese medical-nursing combination, in order to enhance the ability and the level of Chinese elderly serve, and contribute to the active respond to the aging of Chinese population.
