中文摘要: 目的 了解贵港市乡村两级参与基本公共卫生服务项目管理的人员的服务能力,进一步完善全市的基层卫生人员队伍建设和政策制定提供依据。方法 采取分层抽样的方法,由卫生院和村医生填写调查表后录入分析。结果 乡级基本公共卫生人员年龄构成年轻化但无职称比例高,村级老龄化严重,乡村两级的职业水平较低;乡级收入集中在3 000元以下,村级收入集中在2 000元以下,收入水平低;基本公共卫生服务相关配置村级未全部覆盖,乡级人均平均管理人口4 912人,村级平均管理人口2 235人;乡村的培训比村级少,乡村两级对于基本公共卫生的满意度不高,培训效果不理想。结论 改善乡村两级的职业环境,提高待遇水平,积极引进人才稳定队伍建设。
Abstract:To understand the service capacity of the rural staff involved in the management of basic public health service projects in Guigang, and to provide basis for further improving the construction of grass-roots health personnel and policy formulation in Guigang. METHODS A stratified sampling method was adopted, and the questionnaire was filled out by the hospital and village doctors and then entered into the analysis. RESULTS The age composition of basic public health personnel at the township level was younger but with a high proportion of no titles, the aging of the village level was serious, and the occupational level at the village level was low; the income at the township level was below 3 000 yuan, the income at the village level was below 2 000 yuan, and the income level was low; the related allocation of basic public health services at the village level was not fully covered; the average service population at the township level was 4 912 people, and the average service level at the village level was low. There were 2 235 people working in rural areas; the training in rural areas was less than that in rural areas; the satisfaction of basic public health at rural level was not high, and the training effect was not ideal. CONCLUSION It needed to improve the occupational environment at the rural level, improve the level of treatment, and actively introduce talents to stabilize the team building.
