中文摘要: 目的 了解公共卫生服务人员工作投入、职业倦怠、离职倾向和抑郁的情况,为公共卫生服务人员的管理提供参考。方法 采用基本情况表、通用职业倦怠量表、工作投入量表、离职倾向量表和抑郁量表(PH-9)对闵行区社区卫生服务中心926名公共卫生服务人员进行问卷调查。结果 公共卫生服务人员工作投入和职业倦怠处于较高水平;具有一定的离职倾向和抑郁水平;活力、奉献、人格解体和个体成就感降低对离职倾向有显著的预测效应(R2=41.4%,F=107.836,P<0.05);活力、专注、情感耗竭和人格解体对抑郁有显著的预测效应(R2=33.4%,F=76.345,P<0.05)。结论 管理者应重视公共卫生服务人员的职业生涯发展,促进其心理健康。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation of work engagement, job burnout, turnover intention and depression of public health service providers, providing evidence for the management of community health service centers. METHODS A questionnaire-based survey was conducted among all public health service providers of community health service centers in Minhang District using self-designed general demographic questionnaire, Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES),turnover intention and PH-9.RESULTS Public health service providers suffered from high work engagement and high job burnout, and had certain turnover intention and depression level. Energy, involvement, depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment had significant effects on turnover intention (R2=41.4%, F=107.836, P<0.05). Energy, efficacy, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization had a significant effect on depression (R2=33.4%, F=76.345, P<0.05).CONCLUSION Managers needed attach great importance to the career development of public health service providers to promote the mental health.
