中文摘要: 目的 观察睡眠健康管理模式对单纯失眠症患者睡眠质量的干预作用。方法 招募单纯失眠症患者,按其是否愿意参加管理的意愿分为试验组和对照组,按病情需要均给予失眠的中西医规范化药物基础干预,试验组接受睡眠健康管理,对照组不安排睡眠健康管理。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估患者干预前后的睡眠质量。结果 23例患者完成整个研究过程,其中试验组15例,对照组8例。干预后两组PSQI总分分别较干预前显著下降(P<0.05),其中试验组干预后主观睡眠质量、日间功能及睡眠障碍等方面较干预前显著改善(P<0.05);对照组干预后睡眠质量、睡眠效率显著优于干预前(P<0.05)。两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组干预后入睡潜伏期方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 睡眠健康管理模式合并中西医规范化药物基础干预可以提高失眠症患者的睡眠质量。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of sleep health management model on sleep quality of simple insomnia patients. METHODS Patients with simple insomnia were enrolled, divided into experimental group and control group. According to the condition of patients with insomnia, the basic intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine should be given. The test group also needed to receive sleep health management model, while the control group did not. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to evaluate the sleep quality of patients before and after intervention. RESULTS A total of 23 patients participated in the study, including 15 in the experimental group and 8 in the control group. After intervention, the total scores of PSQI were significantly lower than those before intervention (P<0.05). The experimental group showed subjective sleep quality, daytime function, sleep disturbance, etc. The control group showed sleep quality and sleep efficiency. There was no significant difference in the efficacy between these two groups(P>0.05), but the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the sleep latency(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The sleep health management model combined with the standardized intervention of traditional Chinese and Western medicine could improve the sleep quality of patients with insomnia.
