移动APP网络教育在社区2型糖尿病的防治中的应用及效果评价*

中文摘要: 目的 探讨建立患者俱乐部和手机APP(Application)网络课程教育模式对社区2型糖尿病患者心理和自我管理能力的影响。方法 在社区卫生服务中心选取2型糖尿病患者240例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统的糖尿病的防治措施。观察组由社区医生对患者进行膳食分析和健康指导,建立社区患者俱乐部,通过手机APP参与糖尿病治疗和预防的网络课程。研究者在干预前后6个月对患者进行问卷调查和临床检查,掌握患者的心理状况和身体状况。结果 干预后两组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),凯斯勒心理忧郁量表分析结果显示,干预6个月的时候观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对社区糖尿病患者建立社区患者俱乐部,利用手机APP网络课程,进行健康指导和交流分享的防治模式,能提高患者的自我照顾行为能力。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of establishing patient club and mobile phone APP education model on psychological and self-management ability of type 2 diabetic patients in community. METHODS 240 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were given dietary analysis and health guidance by community doctors, and a community patient club was established. The patients could watch videos of diabetes treatment and prevention via mobile phone APP. RESULTS After intervention, fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in these two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05). The results of the Kessler Mental Depression scale showed that, after 6 months of intervention, the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Community doctors and community patient clubs should be adopted to improve the self-care behavior of patients with diabetes mellitus through the educational model of mobile phone APP.
