中文摘要: 目的 了解广州市天河区社区卫生服务中心的中医适宜技术应用状况，分析其存在的问题，为中医适宜技术的进一步推广提供依据。方法 选取广州市天河区 11 家社区卫生服务中心共236名患者进行问卷调查，调查其基本情况、对中医适宜技术的评价和认为中医适宜技术推广中存在的问题。结果 患者对中医适宜技术有较为良好的评价，但该区域中医适宜技术存在相关专业人员缺乏、经济效益较差和政府扶持力度不够等突出问题，推广工作的质量也有待提高。结论 广州市天河区社区卫生服务中心中医适宜技术的应用现状良好，患者对中医适宜技术的评价水平较高。但社区卫生服务中心中医适宜技术的推广仍待落实，需要通过挖掘中医药文化、政府大力扶持和争取宽松医保政策等手段解决。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the application status of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) appropriate technology in Tianhe District Community Health Service Center of Guangzhou, and analyze the existing problems, so as to provide the basis for the further promotion of TCM appropriate technology. METHODS A total of 236 patients from 11 community health service centers in Tianhe District of Guangzhou were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey in order to investigate the basic situation, their evaluation to the TCM appropriate technology and the problems existing in the promotion of TCM appropriate technology they preferred. RESULTS The patients had a good evaluation on the TCM appropriate technology. But there were still some outstanding problems in TCM appropriate technology in this region such as the lack of relevant professionals, poor economic benefits and insufficient support from government and the quality promotion work still needed to be improved. CONCLUSION The current application status of TCM appropriate technology in community health service center in Tianhe District of Guangzhou went well, and patients thought highly of this technology. However, the promotion of appropriate TCM technology in this community was still to be implemented, which needed to be solved by tapping TCM culture, getting strong support from the government, and striving for loose medical insurance policies.
