中文摘要: 目的 探讨天麻钩藤饮辅助治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的效果与安全性。方法 选取2015年7月—2016年8月郑州人民医院 收诊的后循环缺血性眩晕患者98例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各49例。对照组采用甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗，观察组采用甲磺酸倍他司汀联合天麻钩藤饮进行辅助治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析，同时比较两组临床症状消失时间。结果 观察组总有效率为93.88％， 明显高于对照组的69.39％，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用西药联合天麻钩藤饮进行辅助治疗后循环缺血性眩晕患者，可以有效提高治疗效果，快速缓解疾病症状，具有一定的安全性，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effect and safety of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of circulatory ischemic vertigo. METHODS 98 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo admitted to Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from July 2015 to August 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate, while the observation group was treated with betahistine mesylate combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction as an adjuvant therapy. The therapeutic effects of these two groups were compared and analyzed, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms was compared between these two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%, which was significantly higher than the control group (69.39%, P<0.05); the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Western medicine combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction could effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with circulatory ischemic vertigo, quickly alleviate the symptoms of the disease, and had a certain degree of safety, which was worthy of clinical application.
