中文摘要: 目的 分析2017年云南省卫生资源配置的公平性，为今后卫生资源的投入、规划布局提供依据。方法 采用基尼系数对云南省2017年各项卫生资源按人口和地理分布的公平性进行了评价，利用反距离权重插值法对云南省2017年卫生资源按地理分布情况进行了描述分析。结果 2017年云南省卫生机构数、病床数、卫生技术人员和执业（助理）医师数按人口分布的基尼系数分别为0.138 6、0.124 8、0.190 4和0.235 5，按地理分布的基尼系数分别为0.331 3、0.379 0、0.379 7和0.402 8。结论 2017年云南省卫生资源按人口配置的公平性优于地理配置的公平性，其中执业（助理）医师配置的公平性最差。云南省2017年卫生资源在地理空间上呈以昆明市为中心向四周辐射递减的趋势分布，而西北部区域卫生资源配置最低。
Abstract:Objective To analyze the equity of health resources allocation in Yunnan in 2017, and to provide basis for future investment and planning of health resources. Methods Gini coefficient was used to evaluate the equity of health resources in Yunnan in terms of population and geographical distribution in 2017, and IDW interpolation was used to describe and analyze the distribution of health resources in Yunnan in 2017. Results In 2017, the Gini coefficients of health institutions, bed number, health technical personnel by population distribution in Yunnan were 0.138 6, 0.124 8, 0.190 4 and 0.235 5. the Gini coefficients of health institutions, bed number, health technical personnel by geography allocation were 0.331 3, 0.379 0, 0.379 7 and 0.402 8. Conclusion in 2017, the equity of the allocation of health resources according to population in Yunnan was better than that of geographical allocation, among which the equity of the allocation of medical practitioners (assistant doctors) was worse.
