中文摘要: 目的 分析泰安市乡村医生的职业倦怠情况及影响因素。方法 使用Maslach职业倦怠普适量( MBI-GS )表进行问卷调查,采用二分类logistic逐步回归分析职业倦怠的影响因素。结果 75.6%的乡村医生存在职业倦怠现象;乡村医生在情感耗竭、去人格化和个人成就感降低维度处于重度倦怠的比例分别为 34.8%、38.3%和35.4%。Logistic 回归分析结果显示,性别、从医年限和家庭年收入是乡村医生职业倦怠的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 泰安市乡村医生存在职业倦怠的比例较高,应采取以增收入、促发展为主的手段,预防和控制职业倦怠的发生。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the job burnout status and the effect factors of rural doctors in Taian. METHODS A questionnaire survey using Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-GS) was conducted among rural doctors. Associated factors with burnout and its sub scales among rural doctors were estimated by using a stepwise binary Logistic regression model. RESULTS The detecting rate of job burnout of rural doctors in Taian was 75.6%. The survey results showed that the prevalence of high emotional exhaustion, high depersonalization and low personal accomplishment among the respondents were 34.8%, 38.3% and 35.4%, respectively. The effect factors were gender, working time and family income(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The prevalence of burnout among rural doctors was high. Actions such as increasing the wages and attaching importance to the career prospect were needed to relieve the burnout of rural doctors.
