某大学医学专业学生心理健康状况 调查研究*

中文摘要: 目的 了解医学专业大学生心理健康现状及特点,为心理健康有效干预提供指导。方法 采用分层方便抽样方法,选取兰州某大学医学专业一至三年级本科生695名,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查,并用潜在剖面分析模型探讨阳性检出率最高的症状因子特点。结果 调查对象心理健康状况阳性检出率为46.6%,量表测量的10个症状因子中,强迫症状阳性检出率最高,占36.5%。强迫症状的潜在类别可分为高强迫-重复动作(8.5%),高强迫-执行功能障碍(22.9%),低强迫-忘性大(68.6%)。结论 医学专业大学生心理健康水平有待提高,以强迫症状最为凸显且具有明显的分类特征。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the current situation and characteristics of mental health of medical college students, to provide guidance for effective intervention of mental health. METHODS Using stratified convenient sampling method, 695 medical undergraduates from Grade 1 to Grade 3 of a university in Lanzhou were selected and investigated with Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90). Latent profile analysis model was employed to analysis the symptom factor with the highest positive detection rate. RESULTS The positive detection rate of mental problems of medical college students was 46.6%. Among the 10 factors investigated using SCL-90 scale, positive detection rate of obsessive-compulsive was the highest, which accounted for 36.5%. 3 latent classes were identified, including high forced-repetitive action (8.5%), high compulsive-executive dysfunction (22.9%) and low compulsive-forgetfulness (68.6%). CONCLUSION The mental health level of medical college students needed to be improved. Among them, obsessive-compulsive symptom was the most notable and has obvious classification characteristics.
