中文摘要: 目的 分析重复低频经颅磁刺激在首发儿童抑郁症治疗中的临床疗效，为今后的诊疗工作提供参考。方法 选取2016年1月—2017年12月期间郑州大学附属儿童医院精神科收治的60例首发抑郁症儿患儿作为研究对象，所有患儿均无药物治疗史；采用平行随机法将其分为对照组与观察组各30例，对照组给予假性刺激治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合重复低频经颅磁刺激治疗，对比两组的临床疗效，并通过威斯康星卡片分类测验对两组的认知功能进行对比评估。结果 治疗后，观察组总有效率86.67%；对照组总有效率63.33%；差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组的WCST评分各项指标均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 重复低频经颅磁刺激在首发儿童抑郁症治疗中的临床疗效确切，能够明显提高患儿的认知功能，可以作为首选治疗手段在临床中应用和推广。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical efficacy of repeated low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of first-episode depression among children, and to provide reference for future diagnosi. METHODS 60 children with first-episode depression, with no history of drug treatment, were admitted to target psychiatric department from January 2016 to December 2017 were included in the study. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by parallel randomization. Patients were treated with pseudo-stimulation in the control group, while the observation group was combined with repeated low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and cognitive function of these two groups was compared and evaluated by the Wisconsin card classification test. RESULTS After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%; the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%; the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05). After treatment, the WCST scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P﹤0.05). CONCLUSION Repeated low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation had a definite clinical effect in the treatment of first-episode depression, which could significantly improve the cognitive function of children, and could be applied and promoted as a preferred treatment in clinical practice.
