中文摘要: 目的 探讨干扰素联合氟康唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效及安全性。方法 选取2017年1月—2019年1月复旦大学附属上海市第五人民医院收治的外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者100例，依据随机数字表分为干氟组和氟康组，每组各50例，氟康组给予氟康唑口服治疗，干氟组在此基础上给予干扰素治疗，比较两组炎症状态、疗效及安全性。结果 干氟组和氟康组治疗后血清白介素4（IL-4）、IL-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平明显低于治疗前，干氟组治疗后血清IL-4、IL-6和TNF-α水平明显低于氟康组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干氟组治疗有效率明显高于氟康组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干氟组和氟康组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义 (P＞0.05)。结论 干扰素联合氟康唑治疗可有效改善外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者炎症状态，有利于提高患者的治疗疗效，且具有良好的安全性，值得临床推广。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy and safety of interferon combined with fluconazole in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. METHODS 100 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected. According to the random number table, the patients were divided into the dry fluorine group and the fluconazole group, with 50 cases in each group. The fluconazole group was given oral treatment of fluconazole, and the dry fluorine group was given interferon treatment on this basis. The inflammation status, efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.RESULTS Serum levels of interleukin 4 (il-4), il-6 and tumor necrosis factor - (TNF-α) were significantly lower in the dry fluorine group and flucong group after treatment than before treatment. Serum levels of il-4, il-6 and TNF-α in the dry fluorine group were significantly lower than those in the fluocon group(P＜0.05). The effective rate of dry fluorine group was significantly higher than that of fluocon group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between these two groups(P＞0.05). CONCLUSION Interferon combined with fluconazole could effectively improve the inflammation status of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis, which is conducive to improving the therapeutic effect of patients, and had good safety, which was worthy of clinical promotion.
