Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of comprehensive intervention among high-risk population of hypertension in community. METHODS From October 2017 to September 2018, 6 villages were randomly selected in Huating town. 3 villages were regarded as intervention while 3 villages were regareded as control. It used hypertensive high-risk population screening scale to selecte 321 high-risk groups as intervention group from intervention villages. It screened 290 high-risk population in the community management system in previous years acted as control group. The control group carried out routine management. The intervention group carried out health education and way of life comprehensive health intervention. Awareness rate, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, BMI and waist circumference of two groups were compared after a year. RESULTS After a year of intervention, sex, marriage,culture degree, occupation of the intervention group and the control group had no statistics significances(P>0.05). But the age had statistics significance(P<0.05). The awareness rate of the intervention group such as adult hypertension diagnosis standard, smoking, obese or overweight were higher than the control group. Systolic pressure, BMI and waistline of the intervention group were lower than the control group. CONCLUSION Comprehensive intervention could improve the awareness of hypertension knowledge of people at high risk, improve physical examination index and blood pressure levels, lower hypertension risk.
