中文摘要: 目的 提出针对吉林省农村老年人健康管理的对策与建议。方法 对2015年“第四次中国城乡老年人生活状况抽样调查”数据中的吉林省农村老年人样本进行实证研究。结果 吉林省农村老年人空巢化严重，健康状况欠佳，经济条件较差，且缺乏自我健康管理意识；对农村老年人健康状况具有显著影响的是经济状况、是否锻炼、主要看病医疗机构的距离、住房满意度和是否体检等因素。结论 实施针对吉林省农村老年人的健康管理，需要加大财政投入，加强基本公共卫生服务和人口健康信息化建设，提高乡镇级医疗机构的医疗服务水平，并推动健康医疗信息化新业态有序发展。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To propose strategies and suggestions on health management of rural elderly in Jilin. METHODS To make an empirical study on the rural elderly samples in Jilin Province from the data of the Fourth Sample Survey on the living conditions of the Elderly in Urban and Rural Areas of China in 2015. RESULTS The elderly in rural areas of Jilin Province had serious empty nesting, poor health, poor economic conditions and lack of self-health management awareness. The health status of the rural elderly had a significant impact on the economic situation, whether to exercise, the distance between the main medical institutions, housing satisfaction, physical examination and other factors. CONCLUSION In order to implement health management for the elderly in rural areas, it needed to increase financial investment, strengthen basic public health services and population health information construction, improve the level of medical services at Township level, and promote the orderly development of new health information industry.
