中文摘要: 目的 研究全方位护患沟通模式联合心理干预对髋骨骨折患者遵医行为、负性情绪及并发症的影响。方法 选取2015年12月—2018年12月庆阳市人民医院髋骨骨折患者82例并采用随机数字表法均分为两组各41例,两组均给予常规治疗、护理和心理干预,观察组另加用全方位护患沟通模式进行干预,比较两组干预后遵医行为、负性情绪、并发症及髋关节功能恢复情况。结果 观察组遵医行为中功能锻炼及合理饮食执行率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分均明显降低(P﹤0.05),且观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组术后3个月时Harris评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 全方位护患沟通模式联合心理干预可有效改善髋骨骨折患者遵医行为,减少负性情绪和术后并发症,提升康复效果。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effects of all-around nurse-patient communication model combined with psychological intervention on compliance behaviors, negative emotions and complications in patients with hip fractures. METHODS A total of 82 patients with hip fractures in target hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. These two groups were given routine treatment, nursing and psychological intervention, and observation group was additionally given all-around nurse-patient communication model for intervention. The compliance behaviors, negative emotions, complications and recovery of hip function were compared between these two groups after intervention. RESULTS The performance rates of compliance behaviors of functional exercise and reasonable diet in observation group were higher than control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in these two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than control group (P<0.05). The Harris score at 3 months after operation in observation group was higher than control group while the incidence rate of complications was lower than control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION All-around nurse-patient communication model combined with psychological intervention could effectively improve the compliance behaviors, reduce negative emotions and postoperative complications, and promote rehabilitation effects of patients with hip fractures.
