Abstract:The total medical insurance prepayment system had an important impact on hospital cost control and medical service behavior. It analyzed the impact of Jiangmen City’s total medical insurance prepayment system on the operation of a large-scale tertiary hospital, and introduced the hospital’s multi-sector linkage medical insurance management, management of medication consumables, implementation of clinical pathway management, day surgery, and improving the efficiency of referral and other methods on the basis of medical alliance, and provide ideas and references for improving hospital medical insurance management.
