中文摘要: 为了解社区卫生服务中心参与居家养老的服务供给状况，通过分层、与规模成比例的PPS抽样在哈尔滨市23个社区进行了问卷调查和深度访谈。结果发现，社区卫生服务中心老龄健康第一“守门人”的作用基本得到发挥，但是，社区卫生服务中心老龄健康服的人力资源结构有待优化、老龄健康服务能力有待加强、老龄健康服务能力建设机制有待完善以及老龄健康服务激励机制有待建立健全。
Abstract:In order to understand the supply condition of community health service center participating in home-based elderly care service, questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were conducted in 23 communities in Harbin through stratified and proportional to scale PPS sampling.. The results showed that the role of "gatekeeper" of aging health in community health service center has been basically played, but the human resource structure of aging health service in community health service center needs to be optimized, the ability of aging health service needs to be strengthened, the mechanism of building the ability of aging health service needs to be improved, and the incentive mechanism of aging health service needs to be established and perfected.
