中文摘要: 目的 评估上海市浦东新区社区全科团队医护人员关于脑卒中筛查的知识、信念、行为现状，并分析其相关影响因素。方法 自制脑卒中规范化筛查知信行问卷对492名社区全科团队医护人员统一发放回收。结果 百分制标化知信行得分中位数分别为37.04、76.67和66.00，接受过针对性脑卒中专题培训对全科团队人员脑卒中规范化筛查的知信行水平均存在显著性影响（OR=2.05，OR=1.55，OR=1.76，P＜0.05）。结论 全科团队医护人员关于脑卒中规范化筛查的知信行水平不理想，这与《中国脑卒中防治指导规范标准》的要求存在较大的差距，应尽快建立相应的组织及激励机制，积极组织开展和参与脑卒中筛查知识、信念与技能的专题学习实践活动，尽快提高脑卒中筛查能力。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP) status of practitioners and nurses in Community Health Centers of Pudong New Area, Shanghai, and to analyze the relevant influencing factors. METHODS The self-made stroke standardization screening knowledge questionnaire was distributed to 492 community general practitioners and nurses. RESULTS The median scores of the standardization knowledge, attitude and practice lines were 37.04, 76.67 and 66.00, and the level of knowledge of the targeted stroke training for the general team members was standardized. The specific stroke training had significant impact on the KAP level of stroke standardized screening of the general practitioner team (OR=2.05, OR=1.55, OR=1.76, P＜0.05). CONCLUSION The level of KAP of the general practitioner team on the standardized screening of stroke was not ideal, which was inconsistent with the requirements of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Stroke. The organization and incentive mechanism should be established as soon as possible. It needed to conduct and participate in the special learning and practice activities of stroke screening KAP, and improve the screening ability of stroke as soon as possible.
