中文摘要: 目的 探讨示范儿科门急诊建设的成效、不足与思考。方法 通过示范儿科门急诊(I期) 的建设实际，以及2015-2018年示范儿科门急诊建设前后相关运营指标的变化，进一步了解示范儿科门急诊建设情况及取得的初步进展。结果 通过建设示范儿科门急诊更新了理念、强化了专科建设和信息建设，帮助社区卫生服务中心补“短板”，建立了危重患儿抢救绿色通道，疑难病人实现了远程会诊，儿科医疗质量内涵不断提高，但儿科医师紧缺的问题仍未从根本上解决。结论 示范儿科门急诊建设对缓解看病难能够起到积极的作用，要加快II期建设步伐，加强医联体成员单位间的合作，继续简拔专业人才，提高医疗服务水平，进一步发挥急救小分队的作用，合理使用预算资金，把示范儿科门急诊建设这项惠民工程落到实处。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effect, deficiency and thinking of the construction of Outpatient and Emergency Department in the model pediatrics. METHODS Through the actual construction of Pediatric Outpatient and Emergency Department (stage I) and the changes of relevant operational indicators before and after the construction of Pediatric Outpatient and Emergency Department (stage I) from 2015 to 2018, the situation and initial progress of the construction of Pediatric Outpatient and Emergency Department were further understood. RESULTS Through the construction of demonstration of pediatrics this updated concept, strengthening the subject construction and information construction, community health service center to help fill “short board”, it established the rescue of critically ill children with the green channel, difficult patients achieved remote consultation, pediatric medical quality connotation, but pediatricians shortage problem had not been fundamentally solved. CONCLUSION Demonstration of pediatrics this construction to alleviate medical care could play a positive role, to speed up the construction of phase II, strengthen medical couplet of cooperation between the member units, continue to select professional talents, improve the medical service level, further play to the role of the emergency teams, the rational use of budget funds, the demonstration of pediatrics this construction the people-benefit project into effect.
