中文摘要: 目的 通过分析广州市医疗机构就诊者对控烟的知信行现况，为医疗机构开展有针对性的控烟干预服务提供信息基础。方法 按医疗机构属性分层，采用分层随机抽样的方法，抽取广州市12个区55家医疗机构，利用随机抽样的方法抽取医疗机构就诊者。 结果 调查就诊者569人，就诊者吸烟率为16.2%，其中男性吸烟率为29.0%，女性吸烟率为1.5%。当有烟瘾会在医院吸烟的吸烟者中，50%吸烟者会在室外吸烟区吸烟。39.1%吸烟者在将来的六个月有戒烟打算。就诊者对“过滤嘴可以降低吸烟的危害”的知晓率只有 42.5%。对“室内有人吸烟时，打开门窗通风就可以避免非吸烟者收到烟雾危害”的知晓率只有49.7%。22.5%的就诊者不知道医疗机构实行室内全面禁烟规定。38.4%就诊者中表示看见有人在医院室内吸烟总是会劝阻。56.4%的就诊者表示就诊时，医生会询问吸烟情况。结论 加强医疗机构室内禁烟宣传氛围，男性吸烟者是控烟干预的重点对象，同时需提高医务人员的戒烟干预服务意识。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE By analyzing the knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) about tobacco control among patients in Guangzhou, provide information basis for targeted smoking control interventions in medical institutions. METHODS According to the properties of medical institution, 55 medical institutions were selected from 12 districts among Guangzhou by simple random sampling. Patients were chosen by using simple random sampling from the medical institution. RESULTS 569 patients were chose. The rate of smoking was 16.2%, of which 29.0% for male and 1.5% for female. 50% smokers who would smoke in hospitals would smoke in outdoor smoking areas. 39.1% of smokers planed to quit smoking in the next 6 months. Only 42.5% patients knew “filter could reduce the harm of smoking”. Only 49.7% patients knew “open the doors and windows could avoid non-smokers received smoke damage when someone was smoking there” were wrong. 22.5% patients did not know the regulations of the indoor smoking ban in medical institutions. 38.4% patients would always dissuade smoker from smoking when they saw someone were smoking in a hospital. 56.4% patients indicated that when they visit the doctor, the doctor would ask whether they smoked. CONCLUSION Medical institutions should strengthen the propaganda atmosphere of indoor smoking ban. Male smokers were the main targets group of tobacco control intervention. At the same time, it was necessary to improve medical staff's awareness of smoking cessation intervention service.
